Who am I


With you, I am Wren (Dr. Cinzia Nardelli).


I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, registered with the professional order of Psychologists of the Piedmont Region.


Gradually my interests toward the holistic dimension, led me to explore the body-mind also from an energetic and spiritual point of view, so I also trained as a Counselor, with the transpersonal and psycho-corporeal approach of Biotransenergetics, and later as a Spiritual Healer, at the free University of Damanhur.


I have been dancing Argentine tango for more than 15 years and I am devoting myself with great satisfaction to individual and group Tangotherapy, in the area of wellness and primary prevention, but also with some mild pathologies especially in the neurological area.

Naturopath, graduate of the Riza Institute of Psychosomatic Medicine, Dien Chan Zone Method Facial Reflexology Practitioner and Metamedicine expert.


A great supporter of the CasaRosada project, she is in charge of the Detox Path skillfully combining Holistic Massage and Reflexology with the great benefits of infrared sauna and steam room.

"In the middle of the walk of our lives" (as Dante Alighieri said), I fell in love, as in a stroke of lightning, with the albeit dilapidated "CasaRosada," a house probably dating back to the 1700s, in the center of the small village of Vidracco at the foot of Valchiusella.

A Dream with Wings

Purchased in June 2017, after years of decay and neglect, it is immediately experienced and step by step, with continuous ideas and projects to be welcomed as dreams to be turned into reality, CasaRosada first becomes a 'cozy and hospitable home.

Challenge

In early 2021, having conquered the criteria for habitability of the ground floor cellars, it is registered at the Suap office as a Guest House. In the middle of Vidracco's historic center, it comes back to life gradually filling with visitors, tourists and pilgrims who help breathe life back into it after centuries by creating a new History.

About CasaRosada

As in a stroke of lightning, I fell in love, with the albeit dilapidated "CasaRosada": a house probably dating back to the 1700s, in the center of the small village of Vidracco at the foot of Valchiusella.


It had been abandoned for years and I embarked on a great JOURNEY, inside and out, to completely renovate it while preserving as much of its history as possible, with its original Vaulted, Stone and Wood ceilings.

Here, now, I am able not only to host you, but more importantly to offer you an alchemical experience of Wellness Stay, having dedicated a part of the space also to a small Spa, with infrared sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub.


We will take care of your body-mind well-being, and with the Transpersonal Consultation, you yourself will be the protagonist of your own self-healing path; massages, experiences in Nature, organic and gluten-free food, and spiritual growth courses will further support your transformation process.
